I exchanged the first Stanslov Grof book I got for The Stormy Search for the Self book by Christina Grof and him.
I have to get acupuncture for my adrenals... also heading to the Naturopath next week and getting blood tests etc.
Honestly, I wanna rip my eyes out.
I understand the purpose and I have been grateful and will forever be plus I don't want to be coiled up anymore but this is not fun. So tired of being tired.
